Jumping Jacks

If you have been reading anything regarding Michelle Obama in the news recently you will have read that she wanted to try and beat a World Record of most people doing jumping jacks. So today, my school participated in the jumping jack a thon- we all (teachers, kids, principles, aides, custodians, etc) did jumping jacks for 1 minute! The kids thought it was hysterical to see their teacher doing jumping jacks. I learned a few things: 1- I wish I had word sneakers jumping jacks in sandals was brutal on my feet. 2- I need to exercise more!! and 3 - doing jumping jacks for 1 minute straight is HARD for this old lady:) But it was a lot of fun for all!!!
