Not that bad

The red velvet actually wasn't bad - the frosting was! I wish I had read the recipe a little more carefully before I committed to this one. The cupcake actually tasted very good - and it was a nice color (could have been a tad darker though) - but I am so disappointed in the frosting. Anyone have a recipe to send my way - I would love to try this again.
